Female IPPT Calculator 2026: Womenβs Scoring Standards & Points
Last updated: July 18, 2026

Female servicemen in Singapore's uniformed forces β SAF, SPF, and SCDF β are required to take the IPPT under a separate scoring system designed to be fair to female physiological standards. Despite this being a significant segment of the NS population, dedicated information for female IPPT scoring is remarkably hard to find online.
This page covers the complete female IPPT scoring framework for 2026: push-up and sit-up tables, 2.4km run standards, award thresholds, and practical training advice. The award tiers match the rest of IPPT β confirm Gold/Silver totals with our IPPT Calculator using the same 100-point system.
Female IPPT β The Basics
The female IPPT uses the same three-station format as the male IPPT:
- Push-ups (1 minute) β max 25 points
- Sit-ups (1 minute) β max 25 points
- 2.4km run β max 50 points
- Total: 100 points
The award tiers are identical:
| Score | Award | Cash Incentive |
|---|---|---|
| 85+ | Gold | $500 |
| 75 β 84 | Silver | $300 |
| 51 β 74 | Pass | $0 |
| Below 51 | Fail | Remedial Training |

What Run Time Does a Female Serviceman Need for Gold?
For a female serviceman targeting Gold (85 total points), the run score is still the most important factor. Approximate run time targets for Gold contribution:

|---|---|
| 22 β 24 | Under 11:30 |
| 25 β 29 | Under 12:00 |
| 30 β 34 | Under 12:30 |

SPF and SCDF Female IPPT Standards
SPF (Singapore Police Force) and SCDF (Singapore Civil Defence Force) female officers are assessed using their respective service's scoring tables. These are closely aligned with SAF female standards but may have minor differences at certain age bands and rep counts.
If you are an SPF or SCDF female officer, always confirm your exact scoring tables via your service's HR portal or your unit's S1.
Female IPPT Training Tips
The run is still your priority. At 50 points, the 2.4km run is the single most important station regardless of gender. A female serviceman who runs sub-12:30 has significantly more scoring flexibility.
Push-up form matters. The full range of motion requirement applies equally β chest near ground, arms fully extended. Practice with proper form, not modified form.
Sit-up endurance builds fast. Most female servicemen see rapid improvement in sit-up count within 3β4 weeks of daily core training. This is often the fastest station to improve.
